1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kings Demo & Rubbish website and the provision of our demolition, strip out, make good, and rubbish removal services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided by Kings Demo & Rubbish are based on information supplied at the time of enquiry and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Quotes may be revised if site conditions, scope of works, or access requirements differ from what was originally described.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, are inclusive of GST.
A written acceptance of quote is required before works commence.

3. Scope of Works

Works will be carried out strictly in accordance with the agreed written scope. Any variations requested by the client during the project may be subject to additional charges and will be confirmed in writing prior to proceeding.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide safe, clear, and timely access to the site.
Disclose any known hazards, including but not limited to asbestos, contamination, structural issues, or underground services.
Ensure all necessary approvals, permits, and consents are in place prior to works commencing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ensure the site complies with all relevant WHS requirements prior to Kings Demo & Rubbish personnel attending.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the quote or service agreement.
Where a deposit is required, works will not commence until the deposit is received.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may attract interest and/or recovery costs.

6. Cancellations and Variations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Where works have commenced or materials have been procured, a cancellation fee may apply to cover costs incurred. Any client-requested variations to the agreed scope must be approved in writing by both parties before proceeding.

7. Insurance and Liability

Kings Demo & Rubbish holds current public liability insurance and all required licences for the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or economic loss arising from our works.

8. Waste Disposal

All waste removed from site will be disposed of in accordance with applicable NSW EPA and ACT EPA regulations. Kings Demo & Rubbish will maximise recycling and responsible disposal wherever possible. The client must disclose the presence of any hazardous materials prior to engagement.
